We can find, hire and manage all of the vendors required to achieve your event goals and vision, paying particular attention to selecting service providers who’ll go above and beyond to deliver on the details that matter to you most.

From ideation to execution, we’ll map out, plan and manage all of the actions required to make your event a reality in a way that creates a memorable guest experience, facilitates connections and honors your intention for gathering.

Hosting an event is a considerable investment with high expectations attached, and as anyone that’s planned an event before can attest—it always takes far more time than you think it should!

That’s why I founded Amy O’Keefe Events; to allow you to hand over the responsibility (and endless details) associated with planning your next event and instead focus on your guests and the goals at hand. 

I’ve devoted my career to creating memorable experiences, having spent 15 years working in top hotels and restaurants in NYC and having more recently produced events for the likes of the Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans, Roman and Williams, and Ceremonia.

We are here so you can have all of the event success you hope for without any of the stress.
